You shall: · Administer Compensation and Benefits scheme.
· Monitor HR policies and assessment tools.
· Lead efficient survey and HR networking in the construction sector.
· Adapt recruiting efforts to our business needs.
· Foster effective integration and internal communication.
· Provide administrative support to our local and expatriate staff. Requirements · Bachelor degree or above.
· At least 5 years experience in HR C&B and Recruitment in MNC (experience in the construction and engineering industry will be appreciated).
· Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving.
· Proficient in oral and written English.
· Excellent command of IT applications (especially Excel)
