职位描述/要求：
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:-Industrial plan & budget elaboration
Elaboration and propose the 3 year industrial plan in line with the unit business plan
-Industrial budget Execution
Organise the operation to commit with the budget
-EHS
Insure the environment protection of the workshop and protect the employees under his responsibility by implementing Areva EHS policy
-Delivery performance, planning and logistic:
Optimise the supply chain in order to deliver the projects on time
-Quality
Insure that we produce confirmed products to our customers
-Costs
To optimize our industrial resources (equipment & people)and to reduce the production costs
-Equipment & maintenance
To organise to insure that all the machines and equipments & tools are under proper condition, and maintained by using TPM
Requirements:-Bachelor degree majored in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
-8 years related working experiences and at least 3 years proven operational & management experience in a production function, preferably in HV related industry
-Good Industrial manufacturing background
-Production management, Lean manufacturing, supply-chain, 6 Sigma, 5S
-Good communication skills: ability to work and convince in a multicultural environment
-Leadership, autonomy, energy
-Ability to focus and deliver
-Customer mindset / business oriented
-Continuous improvement mindset
-Good command of both oral and written English skills
