To assist to the Operation Assistant with general administration duties To assist to the Student Services Officer with student services duties, such as dealing with enquiries as well as assessing and processing registrations for individual students, including advising students on the registration process and their exemptions' potential. Requirement:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  
• Strong keyboard skills, with accurate data entry
  
• Minute taking
  
• Diary management
  
• Good oral and written communicate skills in both Chinese and English
  
• Confident telephone manner
  
• Enjoys working as part of a team
  
• Ability to work under pressure and to cope with large volumes of work

Experience More than 2 years working experience demonstrable administrative area. Qualifications University degree in Administration/Marketing/Business
