职位描述/要求：
Responsibilites:
1 Compensation
- Participate market total remuneration survey, including selecting survey provider, determining comparison companies;
- Consolidating data and generating reports;
- Participate other market specialty surveys based on needs;
- Based on survey reports, analyze data, report conclusion and propose remuneration changes.
- Coordinate annual salary review of units
2 Job Grading
Participate in job evaluation
3 Benefits
(Other than social benefits) related programs and schemes: eg. Commercial insurance, long service award, etc.
4 C&B policies and programs
- Salary related policies and schemes: eg. Fix allowance, sales incentive, performance bonus, etc.
- Payroll system harmonization and upgrading in China
- Other schemes based on business needs: eg. Retention, reward & recognition, etc.
- Support on developing and updating the HR policies & procedures
5 Miscellaneous
Collect market practices through other channels, e.g. HR Club, directly contact target companies, etc.
Requirements:
-Education / Experience
More than three years HR experience, and at least two years with C&B knowledge and skills
University Graduate
-Specific knowledge
Good understanding of local regulations
Strong analytical power and Excel skill
Creative problem solving
Excellent command of verbal and written English
Experience in using payroll system;
-Business understanding
Substantial general business knowledge
