- be in charge of training course conducting independantly
--teach product knowledge, sales method and grooming skill
- be responsible for training tools developing appropriate to local BA needs
- Make sure of enough counter coaching on BA's service, product knowledge and selling method after each training
- Be responsible for animations like "Beauty Class"
Requirements:
- University degree
- Good at both written & oral English
- Good at word, excel and powerpoint
- 2-3 years working experience in teaching or training is a must
- Working experience in cosmetics field is highly preferred
- Excellent presentation skill
- Be good at communication and expression
