职位描述/要求:
世界著名通讯产品制造集团(欧洲独资企业)诚意聘请具备丰富经验的大中华区人力资源经理:
HR ManagerLocation:Shanghai
Roles and responsibilities:
-Develop and implement all human resource policies and program;
-Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs;
-Develop and execute compensation and benefits policies and procedures;
-Foster effective communication between employees and management;
-Responsible for recruitment and conduct interviews / selection of candidates;
-Provide human resources training to employees;
-Ensure sourcing of training for employees where external training is required;
-Implement organizational development programs (performance management system, employee survey, organizational development, succession planning etc);
-Conduct on-boarding training for new employees and leaders;
-Control overall human resources budgets;
-Create and maintain staff information records and personnel documents, such as job descriptions, employee handbook, managers handbook land employment records;
-Conduct job evaluations and map according to global grade grid;
-Conduct and participate in salary and benefits surveys;
-Experienced in running payroll (in house or outsourced);
-Interact with external consultants and government agencies;
-Responsible for labor relations and dispute coordination.
-Support terminations handled by managers in the organization;
-Update the state labor policy and ensure the legal labor work.
Requirements:
-More than 5 years HR experience, familiar with HR system
-Fluent oral and written English skills
-Good communication skills
-Hands on experience is required – in depth knowledge about running above processes required
-Experience working with other cultures
