General duties will be to manage the manufacturing facility to meet production personnel, quality and safety requirements. Develop computer system/network as needed. Receive electronic drawings from U.S. Company, review and translate notes and information from English to mandarin. Select vendors to perform production duties the shop is not capable of. Schedule completion of those vendor tasks to meet shops in-house demands and quality requirements. Maintain facility, equipment, and supplies, to keep all in working order or sufficient stock levels.

Job Requirements:
· Experience in fabricate CYCLONES.
· Experience in steel fabrication and welding.
· Good familiar with G.B. Pressure Vessel Code and ASME code.
· Experience in Q.C. systems.
· Experience/understanding of manufacturing cost estimating.
· Production supervision/management experience.
· Knowledge of steel shapes, sizes, and types ( Bar, angle, sheet metal, plate, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, High Alloys, etc.)
· Familiar with welding processes and types (MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW, SAW).
· Knowledge of welding symbols and terminology.
· Must be able to read drawings.
· Factory management experience (personnel, suppliers, maintenance, etc.)
· Familiar with manufacturing equipment (welding machines, grinders, impact guns, painting equipment, cranes, hoists, hand tools etc.).
· Ability to select and monitor vendor performance for purchased items.
· Desktop or laptop computer experience.
· Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
· Ability to speak and translate mandarin and English. Good English Skills reading, writing and speaking.

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to work long hours as necessary
· Lift, push or pull heavy loads.
· Must be able to climb or work at heights over 3 meters.
