职位描述/要求：
Responsibility:
-Responsibility for overall customer demand, stock and supply planning to ensure excellent, customer service maintaining optimum stock level in China.
-Regularly review, update and optimize planning parameter, inventory target, ABC classification, production cycles.
-Maximize & continuously improve the accuracy of the forecast through effective operation of the planning, system & through actively seeking, verifying and applying market. Intelligence-managing the interface between products planning and both central and local sales teams.
-Manage the introduction of new products in a timely manner to support customer needs, monitoring and reporting demand performance to the relevant marketing & sales personnel. Work closely with the product marketing & sales functions to identify & implement corrective action where initial plans are not being realised and manage the supersession of goods to eliminate residual stock.
-Manage & co-ordinate the monthly review of all products ensuring that all goods are correctly coded in all system & all data/parameters are set to achieve company objectives.
-Provide medium term forecast input to support the business plans and generate reports and performance measures to support business decision making & management reporting.
-Manage the stock reduction/deployment process to maximize performance by identify excesses and reduction opportunities across China & progressing them through to disposal or redeployment in another warehouse.
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree in statistics economics, logistics or related.
-At least 3 years relevant experience in demand planning, forecast and inventory control in a multicultural environment.
-Initiative, accountable, be able to work under stress with team, spirits good planning, organizing, analysis and data processing skills.
-Fluent in spoken & written English, ability to communicate effectively in Greater China.
-Good command of MS office & SAP R/3 (preferred APO)
