JOB DESCRIPTION/职位描述
The Architect that maxit is looking for his new branch company in Shanghai should be a local Chinese. He/She should be and architect or design engineer with at least 3 years experience. Reporting to the Technical Manager, his/her main responsibility will be the introduction and knowledge transfer of maxit products, solutions and concepts to the different Chinese Design Institutes and Construction Committees in order to get maxit products, solutions and concepts approved and recommended into the local Design Handbooks. In addition, the Senior Architect should be able to make maxit’s products, solutions and concepts well known among general contractors, designers and developers, so that they prescribe maxit ideas from the designing phase of the projects and they are commonly used in the building sites later on. In order to fulfill these goals, he/she will have to run some actions, like for example, the arrangement and celebration of technical conferences and seminars to general contractors, developers, designers and local institutes; the adoption of the European maxit’s design solutions according to the local requirements and standards (including AutoCAD drawings, technical calculations); support or consultation to designers when new construction problems come up; ….
BACKGROUND REQUIRED/基本要求
- Architect or Design Engineer, with at least 3 years of experience.
建筑师或设计工程师背景，最少三年的工作经验
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
流利的中文和英语
- Advance level in computer environment. (Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD,..).
熟练的使用计算机(Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD,..).
- Expert with Chinese Design Building Codes and Regulations.
熟悉中国建筑设计标准和相关法规
- Familiar with the different Design Institutes and Construction Committees.
熟悉建筑设计院
- Extensive network with Developers, Local Architects, Design Institutes,
Construction Committees, General Contractors,…
- Good presence and communication skills. Should be able to transfer confidence and knowledge to customers.
- Capable to work under pressure in a multicultural / multinational environment.
- Hands-on, motivated, active person and be able to provide intelligent and rational solutions to many different problems.
