The Site engineer that maxit is looking for his new branch company in Shanghai should be a local Chinese. He/She should be and site manager with at least 3 years experience. Reporting to the Technical Manager, his/her main responsibility will be the following

To manage application team and execute projects
To take charge of projects in according with technical requirements, timelines and contractual conditions
To commutate with project management and owner
To supply the site support and solve the site claim
负责管理施工团队，执行项目施工，编制施工组织计划。
从技术角度指导项目施工。控制质量、进度、安全。
和外企项目负责人及业主联系沟通。
提供现场技术支持以及现场投诉 Basic requirement/基本要求

-University education, major in architectural, engineering or other technical related
-Familiar with floor product and application
-3-5 years experience in project management experience
-Strong communication and coordination skills in project management
-Fluent in English written and oral

大学本科学历。建筑类专业或其他相关专业
熟悉地面产品及其施工
有较强的洞察力。随时发现现场问题。
3-5年项目/施工管理经验
有组织协调能力。有良好的语言表达、沟通能力。
