职位描述/要求：
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
-Ensure efficient use of resources in the department to carry out warehouse support effectively and smooth operation in a cost effective manner.
-Ensure inventory accuracy both physical and in system.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Utilize inventory system to ensure location accuracies in warehouse.
a.Ensure prompt system update to reflect actual quantity and locations of stocks.
b.Ensure regular cycle count and stock counts are carried out.
c.Ensure incoming goods are accounted and stored in designated location.
d.Update warehouse documentation.
2.Formulate systematic process to ensure efficient parts supply to assembly lines to meet production targets.
a.Ensure parts are delivered to production in a timely manner.
b.Plan and monitor indirect materials supplies to Production and replenish stocks accordingly.
c.Pre-alert on part shortages and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
d.Implement FIFO (First In First Out) system for all materials and Finished Goods.
3.Warehouse management.
a.Manage and control warehouse personnel to ensure efficient resource utilization.
b.Maintain high ethics in the department.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
1.BA/BS degree with at least 5 years experience in warehouse management.
2.Good command of English both in written and spoken. (Must)
3.Solid PC skills, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4.Initiative, independent, good communication, good people skill and willing to work under pressure.
5.Knowledge of Baan Inventory system is added advantage.
6.Follows through consistently, pays close attention to details and able to multi-task.
