• Assure in safeguarding customer experienced product quality through product inspections at the factory and at the consolidation points.
• Follow up that corrective actions with the business teams
• Lead and develop the Quality Inspectors

ASSIGNMENTS   ·        Work closely with the business teams to fulfill our customer expectations when it comes to product quality. ·        IKEA ambassador in regards to IKEA values and ethics ·        Lead development and implementation of working methods & tools ·        QI scheduling and secure that we prioritize according to risk suppliers based on volumes. ·        Follow – up KPI ’s drawing conclusions and based on it initiate activities   COMPETENCE Knowledge  

• University degree or equivalent in working 
• Managerial experience minimum 5 years                       
• Good general knowledge of Quality
• Knowledge and understanding of the IKEA business and the customers needs.
• Fluent in English, written and oral.
• Retail Experience is a plus
