职位描述/要求：
Requirements
1. College and above;
2. 5 years+ quality job experience;
3. Familiar with FMEA, SPC and ISO 9001& TL9000.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Reviews customer specifications at paper design phase for quality requirements of new products.
2.Reviews documentation and verifies that customer quality requirements are passed down to suppliers.
3.Supports engineering in developing qualification test plan, manages product qualification, prepares and submits qualification data/report.
4.Works with manufacturing engineering to develop process flows and quality inspection locations and standards within that flow.
5.Leads FMEA analysis and verifies critical FMEA items are addressed in inspection and process procedures. Leads handoff of FMEA to in-process.
6.Work with Engineering to develop DVT,ALT, test plans based on customer and in-house requirements.
7.Reviews and submits qualification data/report.
8.Identifies critical process/parameters for yield analysis.
9.Devise sampling procedures, design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
10.Establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment, testing, measurement, analytical equipment and facilities.
11.Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material, devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
12.May interact with customers to ensure adherence to customer specifications and standards. Also may interact with suppliers to ensure supplier conformance to standards concerning materials, products, or process quality and reliability.
13.Reviews DVT (design verification testing)/ PVT(process verification test) results.
14.Responsible for generating quality work instruction detailing product inspection requirements.
