2,With solid experiences in vendor auditing and supplier quality management;
3,Familiarize with ISO 9000/ISO 14000/SA8000 standard;
4,Certified ISO 9000 Auditor preferred;
5,Good knowledge in component characteristics and manufacturing process;
6,Quality and technical oriented with good inter-personal and communication skill;
7,Fluent in both spoken and written English.   Job Detail 1. Appraise supplier QA and QC system and classify the supplier quality level.
2. Check and approve the Quality control plan for the supply products.
3. Be responsible for Supplier Process Audits to guarantee it in accordance with QCP.
4. Work with Engineering department to carry out the sample release procedure.
5. Be responsible for the supply parts incoming inspection.
6. Collect the supply parts defects in the factory and make the statistic.
7. Follow the corrective action in suppliers\' side and help the suppliers to make continuous improvement.
8. Set the quality level and PPM targets for supplier.
