职位描述/要求：
PS: The position is based in Beijing and we will offer relocation support to successful candidates.
Responsibility:
Lead overall warehouse team to assure own operations maintenance and improvement to better satisfy external & internal customers
1.Plan and Implement warehouse maintenance and improvement
2.Continuously drive china warehouse to better performance, including not limited to on time delivery / inventory management / productivity / internal & external customer support / process optimization / Warehouse utilization, etc
3.Assure China warehouse’s compliance with ISO & specifications
4.Make budget & monitor budget execution & cost control & profit making
5.Implement supervision / coaching / motivation and evaluation of subordinator to ensure their performance meet the expectations.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree above, majored in logistics SCM or related majors( MBA preferred) ISO9000 / QS9000 / SPC / JIT / FMEA
2. 5 years experience in electronic manufacturing field, semiconductor field preferred, with 3 years in SCM or warehouse, 2 years in managerial position
3. English, fluent in oral /listening / reading / writing
4. Good communication ability and leadership
