Responsibility: 1.       Lead in continuous improvements, process enhancement and cost reduction programs. 2.       Optimize manufacturing processes with focus on semiconductor industry. 3.       Drive and implement all continuous improvement effort, activities and initiatives related to process scope to get process optimization and cost reduction. 4.       Drive and implement process management system to fully support customer requirement (internal & external) and new product / process introduction or transfer activities when needed. 5.       Drive to spread the introduced new process or quality improvement methodology thru internal & external communication with US corp. and business partner to keep process technical competence in the business.   Requirement: 1.       Familiar with semiconductor industry process, Test, T&R process working experience is preferred. 2.       Bachelor Degree – Engineering related majors 3.       More than 5 years working experience, Strong hands on & engineering management. 4.       Familiar and demonstrated proven results in 6-Sigma projects 5.       Green Belt or Black Belt qualification will be an added advantage. 6.       English, fluent in reading and writing and speaking 7.       Strong Coordination, Communication Skill and leadership abilities 联系方式： 请将简历发送至 BJHR@rfmd.com
