Special Requirements:

1. Diploma and above degree with major in Business Administration or related subject.
2. At least 3 years' working experience in customer service within MNC/FIO. Retail industry is preferred
3. Knowledge of Accounting principles & procedures, Credit risk management and invoicing linked to the function.
4. Proficiency on operation of Microsoft Office and SAP system. SAP operation is MUST.
5. Good command of English in both written and spoken, above CET-4.
6. Customer Service Oriented.
7. Operation effectiveness Oriented.
8. Quick learning, diligent, responsible, team work spirit, integrity and commitment.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Receive orders from customers and enter into SAP system
2. Follow-up all clients' orders ensuring a continuous and regular update of information
3. Experience in administration of sales orders is preferred
4. Co-ordinate all product shipments

Reporting:

The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Regional Customer Service Centre based in Singapore.
