• Internal relationship with Finance,HR business partner and HR abroad.
• External relationship with Service Provide, tax bureau

Measurement

• Arrange immigration/housing/shipment/and etc.. for expatriates and famiies
• Provide payroll information to Payroll Center
• Keep good relationship with expatriates and different unit and externally with service providor
• Keep learning new policy of Tax Bureau, labour bureau and Security Bureau

Responsibilities

• Arrange immigration for expatriates and families in different cities
• Coordinate with agent to arrange shipment for expatriates
• Coordinate with agent to arrange housing for expatriates
• Arrange schooling/Chinese lessons/driving license for expatriates and families
• Update expatriates headcount and information
• Keep records for expatriates home leave/annual vacation
• Keep updated expatriates files
• Arrange expatriates medical insurance and pension

Educational Requirements University graduate or above Technical Knowledge / Experience 3-5 years experience in HR or expatriates arrangement Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies
