  • Follow and implement recruiting plans, maintain recruiting channels, coordinate with recruiting vendors.
  • Help Recruiting Officers with drafting job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through cold calls; search on the internet as well as in the existing applicant tracking system.
  • Review resumes to ensure all required skills are identified.
  • Maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Telephone pre-screen candidates; facilitate bringing candidates in for interviews.
  • Negotiate appropriate pay rates with professional and technical candidates.
  • Submit qualified candidates to the upper level management.
  • Assist Recruiting Officers in all aspects of the hiring process, with special attention placed on sourcing and recording data.
  • Assist to do other HR related work assigned by HR Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, major in HR or a similar filed, a degree in computer sciences is a plus.
  • Must have at least two years experience in recruiting in the IT industry, specifically with such tasks as pay negotiation and candidate screening.
  • Must possess knowledge of the technical fields such as Information Technology, Engineering, or Software Development.
  • Must have a demonstrable track record of performing in a close-knit, team-oriented environment.
  • Must have very well developed written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Must have the ability to deal with candidates in an effective manner.
  • Must have excellent time/task management skills, and the ability to assume full responsibility for tasks with limited supervision.
工作职责:
  • 负责招聘计划的实施,维护招聘渠道,以及与招聘相关机构协调
  • 协助招聘主管草拟职位说明书
  • 通过直接电话,网络及现有资源查询合格的候选人名单
  • 按要求筛选简历
  • 做好招聘相关纪录
  • 电话面试,以及负责协调面试安排
  • 负责与候选人初步商定薪资待遇
  • 安排合格候选人与管理层进行下一步面试
  • 定期汇报招聘状况,确保招聘工作的有效性
  • 协助招聘经理安排招聘,做好候选人查询以及招聘记录工作
  • 协助人力资源经理完成其他人力资源相关工作
职位要求:
  • 本科以上学历,人事及相关专业,计算机专业或熟悉IT行业招聘工作者优先考虑
  • 2年以上IT领域招聘工作经验,有薪资谈判技巧及招聘经验
  • 有信息技术工程或软件开发相关背景
  • 有一贯良好的团队精神及工作表现
  • 中英文读写沟通能力强
  • 能够有效安排和协调与候选人的沟通
  • 具有良好的时间及任务管理技巧,能够独立工作
