新加坡万邦集团（IMC）子公司 IMC中国投资管理公司招聘：
高级投资经理（工作地点：北京、上海）
职责：
1. 根据集团投资计划，进行行业分析，项目前期论证，组织尽职调查，审核尽职调查报告，出具投资方案或投资意见；
2. 参与投资项目的洽谈和日常沟通，评估项目投资前景；
3. 根据集团发展，协助完成企业收购、兼并、融资等投融资管理。
Responsibilities:
1. Based on the Group investment plan and market analysis, engage in project feasibility study, conduct due diligence, involved in auditing and approval of due diligence report, susbmit invest plan and suggestions.
2. Take part in negotiations of investment project and daily communication, evaluate the project prospect.
3. According to the Group development, manage the issues with regard to Merge & Acquisition, financing, etc.
要求：
1. 熟悉政策法规，有丰富的项目评估、项目分析、方案策划及资源整合经验，有较强的投资分析、方案评估、并购重组的业务能力；
2. 熟悉投资管理工作；
3. 金融、经济专业本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，有分析师经验优先。
Requirement:
1. Familiar with related law and regulations, experienced in project evaluations, analysis,planning and resource integration, have great capability of investment analysis,project analysis, M&A, financing, etc.
2. Familiar with investment management.
3. Bachelor degree or above, finance or economics major or related, more than 5 related working experience, having the experience of analyst preferred.
