全球化经营和多元化发展一直是集团发展战略之核心，进入中国房地产金融市场上世纪末即被作为重点列入集团全球扩张计划。5年前集团即引进一批具有华裔背景的专才对中国房地产金融信贷中间业务和市场发展进行跟踪分析，经过数年努力，集团在中国市场开发计划、营销网络的搭建、网络IT技术支持和前期人才的引进上完成了战略储备。目前开展各种业务的时机已经成熟，为配合集团子公司今后中国业务规模化运作，现在中国境内诚聘以下人员： 汇报对象：总经理 职务描述： ·  完成公司内部管理和公司战略规划的实施。
·  制定与日常营运相关的制度体系、业务流程、风险控制和考核办法， 并定期检查执行情况。
·  负责组织并参与每周召开的公司业务例会，动态掌握公司业务进度，对市场动向和经营过程出现的问题进行分析并安排相关部门制定具体应对方案，确保各分公司年度经营目标的实现。
·  对外做好与银行、保险机构、产权转让中心、律师事务所等相关业务合作单位的沟通，创造良好的公司外部营运环境，确保营销渠道的畅通。
·  监控公司业务体系运转和风险控制机制，使公司各项业务在合乎中国政府相关政策和法规要求下安全运行。 任职资历 ·  保险、银行、或房地产金融等行业5年以上营销管理经验，银行支行、分行行长、副行长或保险公司高级经理者优先。
·  具有良好的领导管理和组织协调才能，有建立并管理大团队的气魄，具备优秀的综合分析能力和驾驭全局的能力。
·  具备战略眼光、敏锐的市场洞察力和计划控制能力，能够准确分析预见商业机会并带领团队有效介入。
·   较强的风险控制意识和风险甄别能力。
·  有以往可供查询的营销管理业绩。
