2. suggest alternatives in order to reach best quality
3. work together and share problems with other team member, find solutions to solve colour problems in order to ensure bluk production
4. give different option to suppliers and improve suppliers in finding better colour technique Key requirements:
1. good command of written and oral English
2. good computer knowledge (MS office and email)
3. be willing to travel to visit suppliers
4. knowledge of fabric producing and garment production  processes
5. knowledge of how to contral and adjust the color
6. experience of how to inspect the color based on standard color
