1) Prepare or review inspection plan, coach inspectors and assist in daily product inspection
2) Be responsible for customer complaint handling, quality issue analysis, responding to customer with corrective actions.
3) Assist in supplier quality improvement and supplier audit
4) Maintain lab measurement and test equipments and coordinate regular calibration
5) Assist in ISO9001 quality system audit and quality system maintenance
6) Assist in data collection and analysis, nonconforming material handling

工作职责：
1） 编制或检查质量检验计划，指导检验员开展日常产品检验
2） 负责处理客户投诉，对质量问题进行原因分析和跟踪，并提交书面纠正预防措施
3） 协助推进供应商质量的纠正和改善，协助供应商审核
4） 维护实验室检验测试设备，协调日常校准工作
5） 协助对公司ISO9001质量体系的维护和审核
6） 协助收集和分析质量相关数据，处置不良品   Job Requirement:
1) bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering
2) over 3 years of experience as quality engineer in mechanical industry, preferably in fastener industry
3) familiar with dimensional measurement and mechanical test and inspection process, preferably with fasteners inspection and test
4) familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 quality system
5) experienced in customer complaint handling, quality issue analysis, customer communication.
6) good English communication in both writing and speaking
职位要求
1） 大学本科以上学位，机械或测量工程相关专业
2） 三年以上机械相关行业质量工程师经验，有紧固件行业工作经验尤佳
3） 熟悉尺寸测量，机械性能测试和产品检验流程，有紧固件检测经验尤佳
4） 熟悉ISO9001或TS16949 质量管理体系
5） 有处理客户投诉，客户沟通及质量问题分析处理经验
6） 有较好的英文书面及口头沟通能力
