Location: Shanghai plant

Main responsibilities:
Managing a cross-functional team of professionals in the development of products or projects from start to completion.
Job requirement:
1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
2. Attention to detail.
3. Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical field. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4. Experience/knowledge in manufacturing processes preferred. (Tooling and stamping)
5. 2+ years experience in a similar position.
6. Reading and writing English.
