ü This position is a regional position, provide leadership to a team of professionals responsible for all aspects of the accounting, to ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of the function, and drive productivity improvement program.
ü The incumbent will play a key role in system integration, as BMAP become a true regional business when it further expands business into other
ü This position will be an active and vital member of the AP Finance NLT for BMAP, understanding the Business Units’ objectives, while ensuring proper accounting and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
ü Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for AP region and per legal entities.
ü Lead financial staffs in completing company closing requirements through creative approaches in receiving and consolidating their financial information monthly, in compliance with SAP closing schedule.
ü Providing guidance and direction to the business units to ensure consistency in the application of company accounting policies and practices, including accounting for inter-company transactions.
ü Maintain appropriate documentation related to Sarbanes Oxley and educate the finance departments on appropriate compliance requirements.
ü Leading balance sheet reviews, responsible for understanding each component on the balance sheet and develop policies and tracking system to optimize net asset.
ü Implement continuous productivity program to improve transaction speed and quality while using less resources.
ü Ensuring accurate mapping of financial information from legacy systems to SAP general ledger, where applicable.
ü Provide support on mapping US Gaap and Local Gaap, ensure information is current
ü File tax returns and ensure compliance with the tax rules.
ü Responsible for clean and efficient PRC statutory audits
ü Overseas the progress of statutory audit throughout Asia Pacific
ü Education
ü Degree in Accounting or above
ü Accounting qualification prefer be CPA.
Experience, Knowledge & Skill
ü 10 Years + in manufacturing sector managing multi-plants manufacturing and distribution environment.
ü 5 years + as supervisor or above managing the accounting function.
ü Knowledge with SAP.
ü Knowledge of US Gaap
ü Knowledge of China Gaap and statutory reporting.
ü SOX knowledge.
ü Good people leader, high level communication skill and sensitivity to cultural differences.
ü Proficiency in English/Chinese
ü Overseas working experiences preferred yet not essential.
