职位描述/要求：
Basic Function
ü Finance analyst is support to business developing in order to achieve service and operation results.
ü Analyze the business process on a monthly and annual basis to achieve superior performance in profit and working capital.
l Sales price by product, segment & application
l Sales, AR & P/L by business unit, region, segment, application, product line and legal entities
l Cash flow and balance sheet with days of AR & AP and inventory turnover by legal entities
l Top customers
l Key competitor
l Marketing data collection
l Performance review with sales / marketing team monthly
ü Prepare and report on budget, forecast, estimation and actual results and consolidate for China
Key Accountabilities
ü Conduct the business for product lines.
ü Work closely with sales/marketing team and plants
ü Participate the sales meeting and major sales activities as business partner
ü Involve in S&OP process and provide finance data deemed necessary
ü Perform analysis on profitable, productivity and working capital options in support of business objectives.
ü Ensure that finance analysis requirements are clearly and accurately communicated to enable the appropriate sales and marketing process understanding.
ü Sponsor an ongoing continuous process improvement effort in a focused, measurable manner. Drive the benefits of each improvement into all applicable business units and/or products.
Competence/Capabilities
ü 5 Years more of finance & accounting experience in a multi-plant manufacturing and distribution environment.
ü Professional/Technical Knowledge:
l Degreed of Finance and Accounting or above
l Certification of accountant or CPA
l Familiarity knowledge of ERP system (SAP & 4
th shift)
l Advanced Integration ability: Understands the business interaction including manufacturing cost, sales price trending and market promotion activities.
l Customers focused and competitors status
l Project Planning and Management
Interdependencies/Communication
ü Field Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
ü S&OP
ü Finance Leadership
ü Manufacturing Leadership.
