Main Responsibility:

• To deliver professional services to the tenants.
• To manage the office building and surrounding is in good conditions and in compliance with local regulations, e.g. the security systems and fire regulations, etc.
• To maintain good business relationships with tenants and regulators including District Security Bureau and Fire Department etc.
• To supervise all outsourced personnel e.g. technicians, maids, security guards etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any field.
  
• At least 3-year experience in related area.
  
• Possessing technical knowledge on maintenance of water system, air-conditioning system, etc.
  
• Pleasant personality with service mind.
  
• Good negotiation and English skill.
  
• Having basic knowledge of civil work would be an asset.
