Italy manufacturer is looking for a Building & Installations Engineer/Manager for their new plant.
Responsibilities:
To follow the building construction process of an industrial plant,
To organize utilities and machines installation,
To eventually generate sketches or small designs to propose practical solutions, both for civil and M&E issues
To give advice to his superior regarding technical problems, schedule, safety, and quality of works being developed.
To control works advancement and payment claims
To help testing & commissioning installations
To cooperate technically with Purchasing Department when buying related materials.
To generate reports
Education:
Civil or mechanical engineer. Candidates without university degree, but compensating with long practical experience can also be considered
Language
Fluent Mandarin and English (or in alternative Italian).
Previous professional experience:
10 years on the floor industrial constructions experience.
Arriving from engineering consultancy or industrial plant construction companies.
Requested skills:
Technical experience in industrial plants construction and start up
Cinese building standards knowledge
Gestional and administrative capabilities.
Updated with current building and installations costs in Shanghai area.
ACAD knowledge
Office suite advanced user
Good team worker
Functional conections:
Relationship with : related suppliers, production director and production colleagues
