年龄要求: 35~45 岁之间
工作经历: 具备房地产开发、施工管理10年以上工作经验
性别要求: 不限
教育背景: 大学本科或以上学历,建筑工程、工程管理、工民建等专业毕业,
职称要求:高级工程师职称
语言能力: 良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力
职业素质:
· 独立负责过大型房地产项目的工程管理工作
· 熟悉了解上海有关建筑法规、施工管理规范和验收规范
· 能处理建设、消防等方面的报批报建工作
· 能够熟练使用各种办公室软件
