1、Responsible for securing and scheduling safe, reliable and economical transportation ;
2、Negotiate freight at best cost and Administer all freight contracts;
3、Responsible for scheduling and ensuring on time delivery of shipments by road or river to customers (local and overseas)
4、Review invoices for approval and resolve discrepancies for all transportation cost
5、Daily interface with Sales , Site Logistic team in China and abroad, Brokers, Terminals and Forwarders;
6、Resolves transportation issues .

Requirements:
1、At least 3 years working experience in this field；
2、Familiar with ocean shipping, transportation processes, regulations and guidelines；
3、Knowledge of terminals and warehouses operations；
4、Knowledgeable of freight forwarding operations and processes；
5、Strong negotiation and problem solving skills；
6、Write and speak in English.
