职位描述/要求：
You will be responsible to ensure the highest standards in ships operation in compliance with the Charter party, efficient risk mitigation, and logistics operations. To ensure that Charter are satisfied at all times.
To be eligible, you should have the below criteria,
- Minimum shore-based ship management experience supervising ships as a Marine Superintendent or Port Captain.
- Possess First Class Marine Master License
- More than 1 year seafaring experience as Master on foreign-going vessels
- Familiar with ship's safety/ISM inspection, commercial and insurance matters
- Experience in crew matters.
- Fluent spoken/written English is an added qualification
- Reporting to the Fleet General Manager.
