• Coordinating, motivating and managing the team to ensure maximum efficiency and high quality output in line internal guidelines
• Reviewing and planning of resources allocation for the journals publications that includes the forecasting and managing of cost and schedules, ensuring production deadlines and budgets are achieved
• Managing a number of journal publications and projects
• Liaising with editors, translators, printers and other suppliers for timely and accurate service
• Liaising closely with the Medical Sales Manager, China as well as the Production Manager, Japan

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have a sound understanding of quality translation and print production processes and have a eye for detail
• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international company with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• You are able to work under pressure and demonstrates effective project management skills
• You are resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision
• You will have a competitive advantage if you have prior working experience in publishing industry
• You can speak and write English fluently
• You have a Bachelor degree in medical or sciences fields from a reputable university
