职位描述/要求：
Overview of this Position:
Candidate will work as category manager in Strategic Business Development for about 1 year to be equipped with overview of the dairy/beverage industry, business knowledge about package industry, marketing& category strategy, and operation about Tetra Pak. Then candidate will transfer to Commercial as Key Account Manager, being responsible for develop business with clients.
Key Responsibilities as Category Manager:
- Develop category plan and ensure its implementation through key account team
- Align Tetra Pak product/category strategy with customer’s business strategy
- Conduct industry/ category value chain analysis
- Concept development and support key account team on concept selling
Key responsibilities as Key Account Manager
- Provide customer service work to client through a cross-functional team work.
- Responsible for sales, account receivable management, joint customer marketing activities, and coordination for equipment order and technical service;
- Understand and proactively respond to customer’s needs
- Build up constructive partnership relationship with customer
- Manage to grow customer’s business and work closely with other functions to implement account plan for customers.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with major in economics or marketing or sales
- At least 5 years working experience in Key Account fields in MNC, FMCG industry background is highly preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal drive, assertive, and good leadership potential
- Good analytical skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
