职位描述/要求：
职位：采购助理
工作地点：吴中路近中山西路
岗位描述：
- 负责公司H型钢及钢材的外协采购计划及实施。
- 每日更新供应商的最新钢材价格，为销售员提供及时精确的报价支持。
- 协调公司的钢材物流运输，确保货物及时安全抵达目的地。
- 为销售部提供支持，包括按销售代表、客户要求协调处理发票、提单及其它特殊事宜。
- 销售、采购资料的整理归档，包括：采购合同、外购台帐、运费台帐、分公司自有货权台帐、销售合同、其它采购和销售相关单据。
任职要求：
1、正规大学大专以上学历，具备财会专业/采购专业/物流专业优先，自修自考学历勿扰；
2、男女不限，（女性要求已婚已育），工作积极主动，具有团队精神和良好的职业操守；
3、工作细致认真，对数字敏感，票据处理及数据录入快速准确；
4、有钢材行业采购助理或贸易工作经验者优先，3年以上相关工作经验；
5、能熟练应用电脑及基本办公软件（MS-Office、IE等），有Scala系统操作经验优先考虑 。
