The Buyer will be reporting to the GM and the Global Purchasing Director in Italy. He will guarantee the procurement of the products, goods, services for the assigned commodities following all the applicable corporate procedures.   Main responsibilities: - Define and agree with the GM the budget and keep tracking of the spent and the forecast. - Define and agree with the GM the strategy and the actions to be implemented to reach the defined targets. - Define and agree with the GM and the Relevant Country Commodity Manager the supplier to be involved in each tender. - Guarantee the proper distribution of the information to all the selected suppliers and the receipt of the offers in the requested format. - Make the preliminary negotiation with the suppliers and guarantee that all the offers are comparable - Share the received offers with the people involved from the different departments/ countries to decide the strategy. - Make the final negotiation with the supplier/s involving the GM, if requested, to define the final supply conditions. - Supervise and facilitate the emission of the PO from the Relevant Commodity Manager/s of the involved regions. - Define, in coordination with the other involved countries and functions, the quality targets and service level for each supplier and keep monitor of the suppliers’ performance. - Coordinate the actions to guarantee the proper delivery time and the proper quality level. - Define, in coordination with the other involved countries and functions, the necessary corrective actions to fix any critical item with the suppliers. - Keep updated the “Qualified Supplier List” and operate all the needed “procurement marketing” to keep it live.   Profile: -   Bachelor Degree -   Chinese native person with fluency in English (both written/ spoken). -   Procurement background of Marketing goods and Packaging materials, especially the paper. -   Min. of 3 years experience in sourcing in China. -   Experience in similar industry is preferred. -   Excellent communication skills   联系方式： conseachina@gmail.com
