职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities
1. Proactively sell and cross-sell the assigned banking products and services to targeted customer in line
with corporate strategy and abide by the compliance policies and established procedures.
2. Achieve the pre-set sales and service goal under increasing customer demand and keen market
competition.
3. Able to complete the work timely, accurately and efficietntly under frequent intervention of customer
inquiries.
4. Be sensitive to the symptoms of Money laundering and US Sanction transaction.
5. Able to consistently deliver”Excellent Service” to both external and internal customers.
6. Need to acquire uddated financial market knowledge from time to time for preparation of handling
customer requests
Qualification
1. In-depth knowledge of the enlisted products and services and the related branch operations and
procedures, system and technology
2. University graduate with 4-5 years’ working experience
3. Strong relationship building/selling skill
4. Strong telesales skills
5. Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and security policies and procedures
6. Working knowledge in financial market and economic trend7. Excellelnt English and Chinese communication skills. Ability to speak and understand Shanghai dialect.
