职位描述/要求：
Direct report to: National Key Account Project Director;
Key contacts:
1) Regional Key Account Project Sales team;
2)Regional Dealer Sales team;
3)Merchandising Standards team
4)Developers, designers;

Role and Responsibilities
1)Provide technical support to National Sales Team during project pre-qualification phase, at the same time determine and understand customer's requirements;
2)Coordinate with National Sales Team to define and develop conceptual designs as per customer's technical specification and budget requirements;
3)Provide further technical support to National Sales Team during biding and negotiation phase;
4)Coordinate with customer during project implementation phases;
5)Focus on international interior architectural China branch;
6)Built up the relationship with Quantity Surveyor-levett and bailey/DLS/WRR/KTK
7)Take part in kinds of product seminars and exhibitions and communicate with customers to make a combination of customers' needs and company's products
8)Design for 4-5 star hotel standard bath-room suite
Requirements and/or Advantage
1)Bachelor degree or above. Major in architecture, interior decorator is preferred;
2)Above 5-8 years of architectural or interior designer experience;
3)Familiar with HVAC or other construction facility;
4)Good computer and English speaking & written ability;Cantonese ability is preferred
