Overall Role Purpose: Response to over sea’s inquiry

 

Accountabilities

 

- Handle all CN rate inquiry from overseas for break-bulk shipment;

- Handle all the RFQ received;

- According to customer information & service requirement, define pricing strategy;

- Choose suitable carrier and service, quote a competitive rate with reasonable profit added in;

- Record RFQ for track and trace;

- Closely work with project chartering team, hold the market level.

- Make monthly RFQ report

- Assist with the bidding docs filing

 

Skills/Knowledge

 

- Strong organization and time management skills

- Fluent in both oral and written English

- Excellent Computer literacy, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

- Initiative, creative and team work spirit

- High working efficient

- Data statistical skill

 

Expected years of experience:

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry

- Break bulk operation experience will be preferred

 

Educational Qualifications:
