Position: Legal Assistant
Working Location
Pudong District,
Responsibilities:
- Legal document translations and proof reading in Chinese and English (eg. contracts, agreements, laws, regulations and rules);
- Support legal research assigned by Legal Counsel;
- Reviewing legal documents under supervision;
- Coordinating with various entities in order to prepare contract drafting and trace contract status ;
- Daily documents filing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with major in law is a must, and prefer Master in legal area or double degrees with Law and English;
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking;
- 2 years legal experience plus commercial sense
- Familiar with operation of a Multi-National company, case/file management and legal research;
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks;
- Good communication and coordinating skills;
- Pay attention to details;
- High-level of learning, analytical and organization skills and positive attitude.
