Bachelor degree or above in law or business;
More than 1 year working experience better in legal or consulting firm;
Familiar with foreign investment laws and regulations, especially in legal, tax and registration procedures;
Proficient in MS Office and willing to travel;

Dependable, accurate, effective problem solving skills, good team player;
