Position Summary:
To coordinate the Visual Merchandising & Store opening activities in the designated counties/clients whilst maintaining the balance between the brand image and countries market needs. 
This will be managed through a close working relationship with the Italy HQ, Regional Sales/Marketing Manager, and Country Distributors/Clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
1.Oversee Visual Merchandising & Store opening activities for the Asia-Pacific Region. Including the ability to technically work on the AutoCAD drawings.
2.Supervise all facets of Visual Merchandising & Store Opening Management to be executed and maintained to brand’s standards.
3.Ensure the distributors/clients implement their VM & Store Opening activities as per HQ/DDS’s seasonal directions & its agreed strategy/plans.
4.Work with the clients to prepare & maintain countries'on an on going basis for the reporting of VM & Store openings.
5.Work closely with distributors, Italy HQ & DDS/DPL Sales & Logistics team to ensure all VM/in-store POP material orders are placed/received as per the HQ direction & the market needs. 
6.Arrange for the showroom visuals to be executed & maintained to brand's seasonal VM strategy.

Requirements:
1.Creative mind-set
2.Min. 3 yr experience in the Visual Merchandising for international fashion companies and/or creative fields. Asian-region experience would be an advantage.
3.Strong knowledge in the store interior design, and the drawing skills in AutoCAD.
4.Able to travel aboard as required.
5.Fluent English is a must.  
6.Good inter-personal skills.
