marketing alliances on behalf of our client, in particular the development and
implementation of marketing promotions. Key responsibilities Assist Senior Account Manager in client services 1. Reporting to a designated Senior Account Manager, AM is responsible for day to day account servicing activities, effectively implementing agreed Marketing & Branding activities, Creative and Design, Fufilment and liaising with the client.
2. AM’s specific responsibilities incl. tools development, suppliers liaison, task coordination, creative works, reporting on client program, client satisfaction and marketing opportunities.
3. Conduct meetings with relevant level external audiences
4. Work with counterparts across locations and teams to collate results from multiple locations
5. Assisting in compiling Marketing & Branding Campaigns proposal and budget
6. Accountability Partnership Marketing: 1. Develop and drive agreed partnership marketing strategy
2. Bring industry best practice to play in developing new sector categories
3. Conduct partner sourcing, evaluation and contract finalization and provide timely compilation of support documents.
4. Develop and effectively manage existing partners including relationship management, performance and development.
5. Co-ordinate the implementation of innovative operating strategies/plans with dedicated partners to maximize programme revenue opportunities for clients.
6. Liaison with various departments internally and service partners externally to implement partner marketing activities.
7. Develop and maintain vertical relationship with the partner network through a dedicated account servicing 
8. Partner account administration, reporting and invoice supervision.
9. Provide regular quality marketing & competitor activity reporting to Senior Account Manager. Creative and Design 1. To write creative brief
2. Working closely with Creative Team
3. Manage timely delivery of creative work and meeting clients’ datelines Financials 1. To seek approval prior committing to Project’s Expenses
2. Keep track of Cash/Expenses Advance spent, updating team leader regularly re client expenses
3. Keep track of Project Advance spent, updating team leader regularly re client expenses REQUIREMENT · University degree or above
· A minimum of 3 years working experience.
· Experience in the areas of loyalty/relationship marketing in hotel, credit card or airline industries.
· Proven success in partnership marketing - negotiation/contract management/ marketing/ logistics and reporting
· Solid project management capabilities with sound experience of promotional implementation and a keen eye for detail.
· Strong self management and interpersonal skills to facilitate good working relationships and be able to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
· A hands on approach with a client focused ‘can do’ attitude.
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, spoken and written.
· PC skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project.
