A world famous company is seeking for:

 

Accounting Manager

Location: Shanghai

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Produce financial reports and report packages for China offices

· Ensure the intercompany balances are agreed and settle accordingly

· Ensure country profitability is maximized with appropriate level of cost control

· Assist Country Manager in preparing the costing for budget/forecast

· Responsible for all tax-related issues (Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, Business Tax and withholding tax issues in the region, etc)

· Co-ordinate with internal and external auditors for annual and/or interim audits.

· Ensure problems with financial systems are raised with Regional Office and resolved

· Assist in different ad hoc projects when required (setting up new offices, assisting regional reporting when needed

 

Requirements:

· BA degree in Accounting or recognized professional qualification in accounting.
· 6+ years of relevant experience in MNCs with 3+ years in managerial position
· Familiar with US GAAP, IAS and PRC GAAP
· Very fluent in English & Mandarin with strong interpersonal skill sets to deal with senior management
· Experience dealing with China Tax Office, Banks and other government bodies.
· Possess strong business acumen and be able to see the big picture whilst also being able and ready to go into detail. 联系方式：
