Job Description:

 

Achieve yearly sales target (60%):

• Achieve and develop the target of welding products in assigned area, establish and maintain the sales information system
• Plan weekly / monthly sales activities, and timely trip/business reports are required, responsible for submit and update the sales forecast
• Provides technical support and necessary service on jobsite, train customers to make sure they are updated with the latest technology and differentiator for Branson products
• Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy
• Support other team members on customer development and service
• Complete relevant documentation to initiate sales transactions. Inter-face and facilitate supply chain issues.

 

Customer Relationship Building (30%)

• Responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to achieve profitable results
• Build customer loyalty through field visit;
• Develop new clients in automotive industry

 

Marketing information collection (10%):

• To assist and support at exhibitions, seminars, training workshops and product demonstrations to develop the business
• Gather market information to help Sales Manager developing effective sales action plan, new product development plan, and better the service system of the company

 

 

Necessary Job Specification: (e.g. education, years of experience, required knowledge, skills etc.)

 

ü         College degree or above in Mechanics, Automotive or other relevant subject

ü         At least 3 years sales or technical experience in field of industrial products, especially in Hi-tech products, familiar with Automotive industry is preferred

ü         Good communication and negotiation skills,  and excellent team player

 

Other Requirements: (e.g. competency, capability, etc.)

 

ü         Self-motivated, positive, aggressive, can work under pressure and willing to travel

ü        General English in both written and oral English, knowledge in PC tools and Microsoft Office
