Dedicate focused effort and resources to provide selling support to key accounts. Develop an annual strategic sales plan to target support for the accounts which includes the objectives, strategies and action plans
Establish relationships with all levels of customer organization. Make sale calls on a periodic basis to keep addressing customers needs as well as to maintain customer relationship
Understand a couple of industries, like machine manufacture, metal, tobacco, oil and gas, automobile, food and beverage, power, etc. Be able to track, and work on project opportunities in some of these industries to win order and deliver solution
Develop list of prospective customers, studies the approach to be made, make strategy to develop this new customer or new industry
Analyze customer requirements and thorough familiarity with Pilz products and their functions, develop plans for use of the appropriate Pilz equipment
Describe customer requirements for the more complicated modifications of Pilz products and coordinate the efforts of the technical specialists for development of proposals
Develop and manage channel partners (Distributors and system integrators)
Forecast and update a 12-month business on a monthly basis

REQUIREMENTS
BS Degree in Automation/Electrical or Computer Science
A minimum of 3-5 years previous good selling experience with relays, switches, PLCs, drive or relevant
Self-motivated, independent, team player, good communicator, customer focus, service orientated
