· Maintain and grow existing clients within assigned client base
· Manage the expectations of client and relate these expectations effectively to the design team
· Hit monthly sales targets
· Work closely with the design team to ensure timely completion of tasks
· Draft out client briefs and communicate effectively to the design team, to come up with works that addresses client concerns and objectives
· Project manage client accounts and their portfolios. Requirements · Agency experience is preferred
· Knowledge of the media and advertising design industry is essential
· Has a strong sense of style
· Strong presentation and communication skills are essential
· Excellent analytical skills
· Good problem-solving and conflict management skills
· Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English
· Good knowledge of the local Chinese B2B, B2C market
· Has initiative and must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure
