Tasks and Responsibilities

A. Revenue:   Achieve local revenue target Maximum the sales revenue to specific products related international manufacturers in China. Maximum the sales revenue to specific products related China local manufacturers. Where appropriate, assist the Client Service Manager in the selling and negotiating of contracts to new and existing clients.   B. Data Quality   1.         Responsible for product data quality. 2.         Ensure full knowledge of GfK retail audit methodologies and definitions, fully understand and apply the data control procedures and techniques, as documented by the GfK Asia Research department, ensure consistent data output and thoroughly understand the product manual. 3.         Responsible for highlighting coding errors to the respective team to enable corrections to be made to maintain high level of data accuracy. 4.         Responsible for maintaining the deadlines set for data control submission and ensuring that all data submitted to Operations is confirmed received and follow up until all data files are received. 5.         Responsible for checking with the Field department on the consistency of the panel and panel data, sample stability and market intelligence information pertaining to the data control period.   C. Client Servicing   1.         Perform client visits and obtain feedback from clients. 2.         Prepare and provide top level presentation to the clients. 3.         Liaise with the regional client service team. 4.         Contact and meet with existing and potential clients and correctly represent the Company by clearly explaining who we are and what we do, conducting her or himself in a dignified and courteous manner and presenting a neat and professional appearance. 5.         Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with client contacts at all levels at all times. 6.         Maintain a consistent servicing schedule with all clients and ensure all materials used for the service are thoroughly checked and accurate. 7.         Document all requests and comments made by clients to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions. 8.         Ensure that the appropriate level of service and support is provided to maximise client retention and contract renewals. 9.         Continually innovate, develop and suggest enhancements to the client servicing function such as new methods of analysis or service techniques. 10.     Provide assistance to other Client Service or Retail Service personnel on specific presentations where his or her specific expertise is required.  

D. Sales and Marketing

  1.         To seek potential client where possible, get it introduced successfully to GfK and take corresponding follow up actions to secure future revenue. 2.  Identify potential improvements to product sales. Attend product seminars and / or product launches where possible. 3.  Continually innovate, develop and suggest enhancements to existing products to advance GfK’s product and service to our competitors.  4.  Fully understand the regulations on rate card policy.   E.  Market Knowledge 1.         Maintain up to date market knowledge on the responsible product categories audited by undertaking regular market visits. 2.         Keep up to date on changes in the universe by product category by consulting with the Field department. 3.         Understand the channel definition and track existing channels. 4.         Conduct continuous tracking of all major distribution channels in relation to the responsible panels.   F.  Extrapolation:   Liaise with research and filed team to build high quality extrapolation report for specific products. Get as much as possible local market knowledge from the field team and the China local contractors in each city.   G.  Retailer Service:   Liaise with the field team and local contractors to recruitment of the main China stores of specific products in each city. Provide top-level services to the main Chain stores of specific products in each city     Requirement: 1. with strong marketing and customer service sense, smart logical thinking way.
2.    with Rich management skill  (team, sales and project management) or leadership skill.
3.    with cross-functional and cross-culture communication skill
4. Familiar with the research industry.
5.   at least 6+ working experience
6.   Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
7.  Excellent English
