Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage to create a distinctive and enjoyable store environment of LensCrafters stores. This includes the window display, product merchandising, instore promotion and in-store consumer communications.

2. Maintain the store visibility and consistency among LensCrafters stores

3. Participate in the evolution of the store design of LensCrafters.

4. Manage to reinforce LensCrafters' essence and identity in store level

5. Work closely with Merchandise Department, Operation Services and Regional Operations for the instore consumer activities.

6. Manage, coordinate and supervise the outside agencies for production and quality control.7. Create and design the instore communication materials.    

Requirements：

1. University or College Graduate in Design.

2. At least 3 years or above relevant working experience in the retail / design industry.

3. Solid experience in window and product merchandising for fashion brands is an advantage.

4. Language fluency: Mandarin and English.

5. Ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding, and fast growth culture. 

6. Communicate effectively with management, coworkers and store staff.

7. Organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities.

8. Work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines.

9. Frequent travel is required.
