工作职责：
Major responsibilities:
§ 负责项目前期土地获取商业体量研究；
§ 项目前期商业配套业态形式研究；
§ 目标客户群体定位，整合内外部资源；
§ 制定并实施项目商业部分销售招商计划，与外包商签定合同并协助其按时间节点开业；
§ 调查研究周边市场商业环境定期市场研究及项目考察；
§ 定期对对已实施的社区商业项目进行商业价值评估。
§ Land acquisition and investment analysis at pre-stage of real estate projects
§ Market planning of commercial properties at pre-stage of projects
§ Target customer identification, internal and external resources integration
§ Plan and execute sales and leasing of commercial properties, managing and coordinating vendors in contract signing-off and project execution
§ Market research and project evaluation
§ Evaluation of ongoing community commercial projects
