职责：
- Conduct market research and provide consumer GPS industry competitive analysis, current and future GPS IC design trend, events, news and recommend effective responses.
- 进行市场调查，为公司提供消费类GPS产业竞争性分析，GPS集成电路目前及将来的发展趋势，这一领域的重大事件、新闻信息，并对其制定有效对策。
- Perform strategic analysis and planning, provide management and engineering directions in technology development,
- 进行战略性分析并做出规划，在技术发展方面给管理层和技术部提交指导性的建议。 - Provide product definition, identify customers' needs and requirements, provide clear product definition and timely feedback to engineering and management, communicate design specifications to customers to ensure clean understanding between company and customers.
- 定义新产品, 了解和确定客户需求，为产品做出明确定义并及时向技术和管理部门给出反馈信息，与客户交流产品技术指标以确保产品定义的准确性。
- Conduct business development, customer research to identify market opportunities, identify potential customers and build and maintain long-term strategic relationships, clearly articulate company's values to customers, support sales activities to successfully close deals.
- 进行企业发展及客户调研以确定市场机遇，圈定潜在客户，与其建立并保持长期战略性合作关系。向客户准确说明公司价值，支持销售部门成功完成销售任务。 要求：
- 3+ years of direct marketing/sales experience in consumer IC/GPS industry
- 在消费类电子、集成电路市场或GPS产业拥有3年以上市场或销售经验。
- Excellent communication skills, reliable, quick learner
- 拥有良好的沟通技能，可信赖，学习能力强
- Strong team player and leadership role
- 拥有团队精神及优秀的领导才能。
- Self motivated and hard working
- 积极主动，工作刻苦。
- Good English skill
- 拥有良好的英语技能。
- BS / BA is required. MBA desirable.
- 技术领域本科或硕士学历。拥有MBA学历更佳。
